Scheduling a crew is simple and convenient. You book online and we’ll call you to confirm your booking, review details, and ensure it’s the right fit. Come job day, here’s what you can expect.
On Time Arrival
Your labor crew will arrive at the scheduled time, in a company-branded vehicle. We take a few minutes to meet you, learn about the job, and get situated before getting to work. You can expect professionalism, punctuality, polite communication, and a readiness to get started.
Tools to Tackle the Task
Our two-man crew will arrive with the tools and protective gear necessary for the job. Things like gloves, dollies for heavy lifting, hand tools, and sometimes tarps or blankets for protection are pretty standard, any specialized equipment (like power tools or large machinery) will have been confirmed at booking.
Setting Expectations & Clarifying Work
Before any work begins, our crew will go over the specifics of what needs to be done. This is a great time to clarify priorities, point out any fragile items, and discuss areas that require special attention. Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures we are able to complete the task and exceed your expectations.
We’ll Get to Work

Safety & Care

Final Payment
A deposit for the first hour of labor was collected at the time of booking, but now that the job is complete, final payment is due. Our crews are able to collect payment by check or by credit card on site.
