On job day, your two-person crew will arrive on time with tools, experience, and muscle.
We want every job to be a good fit—for you and for our crews.
Crew Discretion – For safety and practicality, crews reserve the right to decline or stop any job for any reason once on site. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund for any unused time.
Extra Time – If a job runs longer than expected, billing continues at our standard hourly rate. While we’ll always do our best to extend your booking, we can’t guarantee extra time if crews are fully scheduled that day. Your crew will give you a heads-up as time is running short so you can decide on next steps.
Cancellations – If your plans change, just let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust scheduling.
