1. Plan Ahead
Whether you’re moving, preparing for a special event, facing winter weather, or clearing out clutter, early planning is key. By scheduling your crew early, you’ll be more likely to book the day and time you want. It will also give us time to prepare the right resources for your job.
2. Communicate Your Needs
Providing detailed information about your project or service request means we’ll be better able to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. For moving, note the number of rooms, special items and access instructions. For snow removal, specify the areas to be cleared. For event set-up, share your schedule and layout preferences. For junk hauling, list the types and quantities of items to be removed. The more details you provide ahead of time, the better prepared we can be and the smoother your project will go.
3. Prepare Your Space in Advance
The more ready you are when we arrive, the sooner we’ll be able to get to work and the faster we’ll be able to go. Before your two-person crew arrives, take some time to prepare. Things like having boxes packed and labeled, paths cleared of obstacles, spaces or items for set up at the ready, or grouping like times for hauling together, allows our team to get to work right away and work more efficiently.
4. Bundle Services
We offer a variety of services and with our simple, transparent rates additional hours are less than the initial. Consider combining our services, like moving and junk hauling, mulch spreading and leaf removal, or event setup and post event clean up, to get a little more bang for your buck.

With any contract or agreement, it’s important to understand what is included and what’s not, cancellation policies, liability coverage, and any additional fees.
