Yes, there is a one-hour minimum for every job.
Jobs that run longer are billed at the standard hourly rate. While we’ll always do our best to extend time, we can’t guarantee availability if crews are fully booked. Crews will give you a heads-up before time runs out so you can decide whether to extend.
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. Our crews are able to collect payment by cash, check or by credit card on site.
Yes. Our crews are made up of our hired professionals—never contractors. They are fully insured for the work we perform.
Yes, each crew arrives with a truck and basic tools. For specialized equipment (like uncommon power tools or large machinery), we’ll confirm what’s needed during your booking call.
We can handle basic wall anchoring when hardware is provided and the wall type allows, but we’re not a full handyman service and we don’t take on licensed trade work (electrical, plumbing, structural).
